If you're unhappy with an item*, simply return the merchandise to us within 30 days. We will promptly replace the item or refund your money (less shipping). All products must be in original, resalable condition. To assure prompt adjustments, a copy of the invoice must accompany the return. Please complete the return form found with the packing list, stating the reason for the return and the action requested. *Books and software are nonreturnable.

Damage or Shortages

Unfortunately, an item may be damaged upon delivery. Check the number of cartons against the delivery receipt and indicate any discrepancies on the receipt. Write "possible hidden damage" if any cartons arrive crushed, wet or torn. Open cartons and check your merchandise ASAP. If damage exists, notify our Customer Service Department immediately: returns@callowayhouse or call 800-233-0290 during business hours, M-F 8:30 a.m.-5:00 p.m. ET.

Restocking Fees

For in-stock items, we do not charge a restocking fee. If you are not satisfied with a product for any reason, simply return it to us within 30 days of purchase. For non-stock items (item numbers ending in M or T), restocking fees are at the discretion of our manufacturer.
