Students spin the spinners, pick a card and do an action to find out what they know (see Ways to Use for instructions). Students must act, draw, teach, define or apply terms. Terms cover topics in math, science, social studies and language arts. Includes 8 card decks and 16 spinners with arrows. Up to eight teams of four can play at once.

  • Includes 8 card decks and 16 spinners with arrows
  • Up to eight teams of four can play at once

 

Instructions:
Each double spinner includes a subject spinner and an action spinner. The Turn Leader spins the subject spinner (Language Arts, Math, Science and Social Studies), then announces the subject to the team.
Then the Turn Leader spins the action spinner and announces the Game Action.
The Turn Leader draws the top card and then he/she and possibly the team perform the action.
When the turn is over, the student to the left of the Turn Leader becomes the Turn Leader for the next round.

Actions:
- “I Act, You Guess” (card is hidden from other players): The Turn Leader acts out the word without talking. The team guesses the word.- “All Draw & Share” (card is shown to other players): Everyone on the team draws their representation of the word then shares their drawing, starting with the Turn Leader.
- “I Teach Everyone” (show the card): The Turn Leader pretends he/she is the teacher and teaches the team the word’s meaning.
- “All Define & Share” (show the card): Everyone writes a dictionary-like definition of the word then shares their definition, starting with the Turn Leader.
- “I Draw, You Guess” (hide the card) The Turn Leader makes a drawing representing the word, then the team guesses the word.
- “I Give Example” (show the card): The Turn Leader gives an example of the word, or uses the word in a sentence.
